A structured process that removes the guesswork
Admissions can feel overwhelming. Our role is to make it organized and predictable — a clear sequence of stages, defined responsibilities and steady communication from first consultation to final decision.
From first conversation to final decision
Initial Consultation
We listen first — understanding the family's goals, the student's profile and the timeline, then outline how we'd approach the journey.
Academic & Personal Profile Audit
A structured review of academics, activities, strengths and interests, identifying where to build and where the student already stands out.
School Fit Matrix
A tailored shortlist across Canada and the U.S., with clear rationale for each school and entry point.
Strategic Roadmap
A plan of milestones, deliverables and deadlines, with responsibilities clearly divided between family and advisor.
Application & Interview Execution
Hands-on support across documents, essays, submissions and interview preparation for students and parents.
Final Review & Decision Support
A careful review before every submission, and clear-eyed guidance through offers and the final decision.
When to start, and what to focus on
Admission to Grades 8–12 is won in the years before. Preparation begins one to two years ahead of the target entry — so a student aiming to enter Grade 8, for example, typically starts in Grade 6 or 7. We tailor this timeline to each family's target entry year and country.
Clear responsibilities on both sides
